What's New in ContentPush: Claude Integration and On-Page SEO Audits

Since launch we've shipped an MCP server that lets Claude publish to HubSpot for you, a full on-page SEO audit that finds and fixes broken links, and faster republishing. Here's everything that's new.

We launched ContentPush in April with one job: get your Google Docs into HubSpot without the copy-paste tax. That still works exactly the same way.

But over the last three months, the requests we kept hearing weren’t about importing faster. They were about everything that happens after a post goes live — the links that quietly break, the images that get re-uploaded for the tenth time, and the growing pile of small publishing chores that nobody wants to own.

Here’s what we shipped.

Claude can now publish for you

This is the big one. ContentPush now runs an MCP server, which means you can connect it directly to Claude and hand off your publishing workflow in plain language.

Once connected, you can ask Claude things like:

  • “Import this Google Doc and push it to our blog as a draft.”
  • “Find the post about pricing and update the meta description.”
  • “Upload the images in this document to HubSpot and set the third one as the featured image.”

Claude gets 18 tools to work with, covering the full pipeline — importing Google Docs, searching and updating your documents, listing your HubSpot blogs, authors, files, and modules, matching and uploading images, setting featured images, and pushing to HubSpot.

The point isn’t novelty. It’s that the tedious middle steps — the ones where you’re clicking through four screens to change one field — stop requiring you.

To set it up: go to Integrations in your ContentPush workspace. You’ll find your endpoint, a one-line command for Claude Code, and setup instructions for Claude Desktop. It takes about a minute.

Every blog accumulates rot. Links to pages that moved, pages that 404’d, redirects chained three deep. You usually find out from a customer, or from a ranking drop, or never.

The new On-Page SEO page crawls your published HubSpot posts and reports every link returning a 3XX or 4XX. For redirects, it shows you the final destination so you can decide whether to update the link or leave it.

Then it fixes them. Select the issues you want resolved, give the replacement URLs, and ContentPush pushes the corrections back to HubSpot as drafts — so nothing goes live without you looking at it first.

Audits run in the background with a live progress bar. Start one, close the tab, come back to the results. If you manage multiple sites, pick which one to audit from the site selector. You can cancel a run mid-flight.

Republishing is faster

ContentPush now recognizes images it has already processed and reuses them instead of re-converting and re-uploading the same file.

If you republish a post after a round of edits — which, realistically, is most posts — the images skip the entire conversion pipeline. Same output, noticeably less waiting.

Smaller things worth knowing

  • Usage at a glance. Your plan and monthly publish count now live in the sidebar, so you’re not guessing where you stand.
  • Free plan limits reset properly. Monthly limits now reset on your signup anniversary rather than a fixed calendar date.
  • A real Settings page. Workspace preferences moved out of the scattered spots they’d accumulated in.
  • Cleaner navigation. The sidebar was reorganized as the app outgrew its original three sections.

What’s next

We’re focused on making the audit smarter — catching more than just broken links — and expanding what Claude can do through the MCP connector.

If there’s something in your publishing workflow that still takes longer than it should, we genuinely want to hear about it. That’s where most of this list came from.

Everything above is available now on the Pro plan, including the 7-day free trial.
