ContentPush ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ContentPush application available at app.contentpush.io. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

2. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address, either directly or via Google Sign-In.

Google account access

If you connect your Google account to import documents, we request read-only access to your Google Docs and Google Drive. We only access files you explicitly select for import. We do not read, store, or share any other files in your Google account.

HubSpot account access

If you connect your HubSpot account, we access your HubSpot portal to publish blog content on your behalf. We only perform actions you explicitly initiate within the app.

Usage data

We collect basic usage data (number of documents published per month) solely to enforce plan limits.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the ContentPush service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Import content from Google Docs at your request
• Publish content to HubSpot at your request
• Enforce plan limits and process billing

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted in Canada). Google and HubSpot access tokens are encrypted and stored solely to maintain your connected integrations. You can disconnect either integration at any time from the Integrations page.

5. Third-Party Services

ContentPush integrates with the following third-party services. By using the app, you also agree to our Terms of Service.

• Google — for authentication and Google Docs import (Google Privacy Policy)
• HubSpot — for content publishing (HubSpot Privacy Policy)
• Stripe — for payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Disconnect any third-party integration at any time
• Request a copy of your data
