Google Docs to Markdown Converter
Paste your document and get clean Markdown. Headings, nested lists, tables and links
survive the trip, and every google.com/url redirect is rewritten back to
the real destination.

What we found
Written in Google Docs, published in HubSpot?
Markdown is the right output for a static site or a Notion page. If your blog runs on HubSpot, you don't need an intermediate format at all. ContentPush takes the same Google Doc and publishes it straight to your HubSpot blog, images converted to WebP and uploaded for you.

Questions
Does my document get uploaded anywhere?
No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser using the HTML your clipboard already carries. Nothing is sent to our servers, which is also why this works with private documents.
What Markdown flavour does it output?
Standard Markdown with GitHub-flavoured tables. Headings, bold, italic, strikethrough, inline code, links, images, nested lists, blockquotes and code blocks all convert. Superscript and subscript stay as inline HTML, which Markdown renderers pass through.
Why do my images point at Google URLs?
Pasted images keep their temporary googleusercontent.com addresses, which expire. Download them and commit them next to your Markdown, or use the Remove images option and add them yourself. If you publish to HubSpot, ContentPush handles the whole image pipeline for you.
Can I get HTML instead?
Yes. The HTML converter runs the same cleaning pass and outputs semantic HTML, with extra options for link handling.
