Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ContentPush (available at app.contentpush.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ContentPush is a web application that allows users to import content from Google Docs and publish it to HubSpot CMS. The service is provided by ContentPush, operated by Akia Marketing.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hola@akiamarketing.ca if you suspect any unauthorized use.

4. Plans and Billing

Free trial

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial, continued use of the service requires an active Pro subscription.

Pro plan

The Pro plan is billed monthly at $29/month. By subscribing, you authorize ContentPush to charge your payment method via Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Third-Party Integrations

ContentPush connects to Google and HubSpot on your behalf using OAuth. By connecting these accounts, you authorize ContentPush to perform actions within those platforms as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of Google and HubSpot when using ContentPush.

7. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you import or publish through ContentPush. By using the service, you grant ContentPush a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

8. Intellectual Property

ContentPush, its logo, and all related software are the property of Akia Marketing. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep ContentPush available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or temporarily suspend the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContentPush and Akia Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
